Doggie Waste Removal is not responsible for securing gates or fences.  The home owner who is responsible to check the gates before and after every pick up.  When Doggie Waste Removal  is servicing the customers yard it is the home owners responsibility to keep the dog secure during the servicing.  The home owner is responsible for their dog’s actions while the yard is being serviced.   During servicing gates are kept open and closed on the way out.  We are not responsible if the owner lets the dog out while servicing and the dog get out of the yard.  The orange cone indicates that we are in the yard and that the dog should remain in the home.
