Q - Is there a startup cost?


A - There are no startup costs when starting a kept yard, see the pricing link to determine what the price would be depending on your needs.

Q - Are there any contracts to sign?

A - No, Doggie Waste Removal believes that customers prefer not to be locked into any contracts.  Customers can stop service at any time.  We want to make our customers happy!

Q - Do you clean your tools?

A - Yes, we clean our tools off between every clean up with a disinfectant to ensure that germs are killed.

Q - What does spot spray mean?

A - Spot spray is when we remove the waste from the ground and then spray that spot with a disinfectant. 

Q - How do I know when you are at my house?

A - Our Pooper Scoopers will leave an ORANGE cone outside your back door to indicate that we are working.  We also try to park in front of your home in plain view. 

Q - Can I let my dog out when you are there?

A - Most of the time it is not an issue.  We recommend that the owner comes out with the dog first and get it acquainted with our representative before leaving the dog outside alone.  *Please note gates are kept open during servicing to allow easy access for our scoopers.  We are not responsible if the dog gets out of the yard while we are scooping.  We recommend not letting the dog out while we are in the yard. 

Q - What if I need to skip a week of service?

A - Just call up and let us know.  Pickups are done throughout the week.  If you need to skip a week or need a cleaning on a certain day, we can make special arrangements.

Q - What if I want to cancel my service?

A - There are no contracts and customers may cancel when they want.  We ask that cancellations are done 1 week before the last visit. 

Q - Are there any cancellation charges?

A - No, there are no cancellation charges. 

Q - Do you work in the winter?

A - Yes, as long as dogs are providing waste, we will be there to clean it up. 

Q - How do I pay?

A - We will send you an e-invoice to your email once a month after the work has been completed. You can pay on the website under Payment Center or give our reps cash or checks.

Q - Do I need to clean my yard before you come?

A - No, we will do the 1st clean up for $25.00 and then your weekly price after that.  If you decided to clean your yard before we come there would be no cost.  We do not charge a startup fee.
